Fieldsity has five roles:

Admin | Full access including company settings and billing | Business owners |
Manager | Full operations access, no company-level settings | Office managers |
Dispatcher | View all clients/jobs/schedules, schedule visits, limited editing | Scheduling coordinators |
Technician | Own assigned work only, no financial data | Field techs |
Limited | Only assigned items, no financial data | Subcontractors, part-timers |
Only Admins and Managers can invite team members or change roles.
