How do I manage client properties?

Add service locations, property notes, and track assets like HVAC units or water heaters.

A property is a service location. Each client can have multiple properties.

To add: Open the client > Details tab > Add Property. Enter the address and any notes (gate codes, parking, etc.).

Property details include: Address, notes, assets/equipment, work history, and photos.

Assets are equipment at a property (HVAC units, water heaters, etc.). Track manufacturer, model, serial number, install date, warranty expiration, and condition. This helps with preventive maintenance and quick reference during service calls.
