Open the invoice > Payments tab > Collect Payment.
Payment methods:
Card (SityPay) — Process credit/debit card (requires SityPay setup)
Cash — Record a cash payment
Check — Record with reference number
Bank Transfer — Record a bank/wire transfer
Enter the amount, date, and any notes. After recording, you can email a receipt to the client.
Works the same on web and mobile.
