Open the Calendar and switch the view picker to Team Day or Team Week. Every team member gets their own lane, so imbalances jump out — one tech buried, another wide open — and gaps become bookable space instead of surprises.
Completed visits show struck through, so remaining work stands out.
Click any visit to open its work order and see details or make changes.
Use the filters next to the view picker to focus on specific team members.
