See how your crew is doing — visits, hours, and how much of their time is billable — on the Analytics Team tab.
Who can do this: Requires the Analytics add-on. Turn it on from Add-ons.
The Team tab
Open Analytics → Team for the totals — Total Visits, Total Hours, Avg Billable %, and Avg Utilization % — plus a per-technician breakdown. The My Performance tab shows an individual their own numbers.
Note: Team numbers come from active team members and their logged time. If a tab looks empty, make sure your team has accepted their invites and are logging time on visits.
