A pricebook is your catalog of services and products with their prices. Build it once, and every estimate and invoice pulls from it — no re-typing prices, no math, consistent quotes every time.
What's inside
A pricebook holds two kinds of items:
Type | What it is |
Services | Labor and work you perform — a design consultation, an installation, a cleanup. |
Products | Materials you supply — mulch, sod, pavers, plants. |
Each item carries a cost, a price, and whether it's taxable, so the moment you add it to an estimate or invoice the numbers are already right.
Tip: You can keep more than one pricebook — for example, one per branch or season — and archive the ones you're not using.
Next: Create a pricebook.
