Turning on the Client Portal takes a minute, and gives you a link you can share with every client.
Who can do this: Admins.
Turn it on and set your address
Go to Settings → Add-ons → Client portal and switch it On.
Set your Portal slug — the last part of your portal web address (lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, 3–50 characters). Pick something clients will recognize, like your business name.
Click Save. Your portal is now live at the address shown under Your portal is live at — copy it with the button beside it.
Let clients request work
Turn on Accept Requests to let clients submit new service requests through the portal. Those land in your Requests list, ready to turn into jobs.
Tip: Add your portal link to invoice emails, your email signature, and your website so clients always know where to go.
