The portal turns "please pay your invoice" into a single button. Clients pay online, and the invoice updates itself.
Paying an invoice
Under Invoices, the client sees what's outstanding, opens an invoice, and clicks Pay Now. They enter their card (or use a saved one) and pay — the receipt is emailed automatically.
Note: Online card payments require SityPay. Set it up first — see Set up SityPay to accept card payments.
What happens on your side
The payment lands against the invoice in Fieldsity automatically — the status moves to Paid (or Partial Payment), and the payment shows on the invoice's Payments tab. No manual recording needed.
