Under Appointments, clients see their visits — upcoming and past. Opening one shows the details: the date and time, the work planned, and who's coming.

These are the same visits you schedule in Fieldsity. Book or reschedule a visit on your side and the client's portal reflects it — no separate confirmation to send.

Tip: Fewer "what time are you coming?" calls — point clients to the portal for their schedule, and pair it with the Text Messaging add-on for automatic ETA reminders.
