Fieldsity can alert you when things happen — new requests, assigned jobs, schedule changes, and more. You choose which alerts you get.
Choose your alerts
Go to Settings → My Account → Notifications. Alerts are grouped by area, each with its own toggle:
Requests — new requests, assignments, status changes, conversions.
Jobs & work orders — new job assigned, job completed, schedule changed.
Visits & appointments — visit assigned and updated.
Flip any toggle on or off. Your choices sync across all your devices, so you get the same alerts on web and mobile.
Tip: Techs usually want New job assigned and Schedule changed on, so nothing about their day catches them by surprise.
