How importing works
Data imports are handled with help from our team, so nothing gets lost or mismatched in the move. To get started:
Export your data from your current software — most platforms export clients and job history as a CSV or spreadsheet.
Get in touch and let us know what you're moving from.
We'll walk you through the file we need and bring your data in for you.
Tip: While your import is in progress, you can start adding clients by hand — see Add your first client. Nothing you add will conflict with the import.
Have just a few clients? It's often quickest to add them directly rather than wait on an import.
