I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

Fixes for common login issues including forgotten passwords and expired invitations.

  • Verify you're using the email address from your Fieldsity invitation

  • Try Forgot Password to reset your password

  • Clear browser cache (web) or force-close the app (mobile)

  • Check your internet connection

Common errors:

  • "User not found" β€” Invitation may have expired. Contact your company admin to resend.

  • "Account disabled" β€” Your account was deactivated. Contact your admin.

  • Stuck loading β€” Force-close and reopen, or hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) on web.
