Service Plans turn one-off jobs into recurring revenue — maintenance agreements your clients sign, that then schedule and bill themselves.
Who can do this: Admins. Service Plans is included with the Pro plan.
Turn it on
Open Add-ons, find Service Plans, and switch it on. A new Service Plans area appears where you build and manage plans.
How it works
The Service Plans area has three parts:
Service plans — the recurring plans your clients are on, with their schedules, billing, and progress.
Plan templates — reusable blueprints so you can spin up a new plan in seconds.
Agreement templates — the optional custom e-sign documents your plans are built on.
Build a plan from a template, the client e-signs, and it runs itself — Fieldsity auto-schedules every visit and bills on the schedule you set, so there's no chasing renewals or re-quoting.
Note: Plans bill automatically even without SityPay — each period's invoice is generated and emailed. Connect SityPay to auto-charge the client's card instead of collecting by hand.
Tip: Predictable revenue is the whole point — a book of signed plans means work and income you can count on before the season even starts.
