Go to Settings > Pricebooks > Create Pricebook. Name it, then add items with description, price, and optional cost/markup for margin tracking. Set one pricebook as your default.
Starter plan: 1 pricebook
Pro plan: Multiple pricebooks (e.g., separate ones per service line)
