My data isn't syncing between the app and web dashboard.

Steps to force a refresh and resolve sync delays.

  1. Pull to refresh on mobile

  2. Check your internet connection

  3. Force-close and reopen the app

  4. Hard refresh the web (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R)

  5. Wait a moment β€” changes sync within seconds but heavy load can cause brief delays

If data still isn't appearing, contact support.
