Log work details on a visit

Line items, assets serviced, photos, and notes — recording what actually happened.

The Work tab on a visit's work order is where what-actually-happened gets recorded — so the office, the invoice, and the property's history all stay accurate.

What you can record

  • Line Items — the services and materials for this visit, with quantities and prices. Click Edit to adjust them; this is exactly what the invoice will bill later.

  • Assets Serviced — the equipment or features at the property this visit worked on. Click Add to tag them, and the property builds a service history over time.

  • Photos — the button at the top attaches job-site photos to the visit.

  • Notes — every time entry (via Log time) carries its own note, so context lands next to the hours.

Tip: Get the line items right before the work is billed — the invoice is built from them, so accuracy here means no awkward edits later.
