What do the different estimate statuses mean?

What each status means

The estimate status tabs from All through Converted

Status

Meaning

Draft

Built but not sent — the client hasn't seen it.

Sent

Emailed to the client.

Viewed

The client has opened it.

Changes Requested

The client wants something adjusted before approving.

Approved

The client accepted — ready to become a job.

Rejected

The client declined.

Expired

The Valid until date passed without a decision.

Converted

Turned into a job with Convert to Job.

Tip: Every estimate shows how many days it has left ("Expires in 23 days") — a built-in nudge list for follow-up calls before good quotes go stale.
