When a client approves a quote, you don't rebuild it as a job — one click carries everything over.

Open the approved estimate and click Convert to Job at the top. Fieldsity creates the job with the client, address, line items, and description already filled in.

The new job opens as Unscheduled — the work is set, it just needs a date. From here, schedule the visit and assign your team.
