Why can't I see certain features or menu items?

Explains role-based and plan-based feature restrictions.

Role restrictions: Your role controls what's visible. Technicians and Limited users can't see financial data. Only Admins/Managers access team management and billing. See "What are user roles and permissions?" for details.

Plan restrictions: Analytics, route optimization, client portal, SityPay, and multiple pricebooks require the Pro plan. An "Upgrade" badge means a plan upgrade is needed. Only Admins can change plans.
