Fieldsity gets more useful with your team in it — techs see their day on their phone, and you see the whole schedule in one place. Team lives under Settings; if you don't see it, ask your Admin.
Send the invite
Open Settings → Team (or click Invite at the top of your Hub). Your team page lists everyone, their role, and their status:
Click Invite and share the invite link — teammates create their own account and join your workspace. Prefer to send it yourself? Choose Invite with email instead.
Pick the right role
Role | Best for |
Admin | Full access — owners and office leads. |
Manager | Operations control — running the day to day. |
Dispatcher | Scheduling and coordinating the team. |
Technician | Field work — their day, their visits. |
Limited User | Basic workers who only need the essentials. |
